Emergency Room Coordination
If an ER visit is needed, we notify the Emergency Department in advance so care starts right away. With many of our doctors also working in local ERs, patients receive faster, coordinated treatment.
Where This Fits In
Complex & Advanced Care is for patients with the highest medical needs requiring specialized planning and support.
