Comprehensive Exam & Decision-Making
A full medical evaluation by a board-certified physician. -
Time on Site
History, physical exam, treatment, and patient education during your visit. -
Specialized Tools
ECG, X-ray, or point-of-care ultrasound if clinically indicated. -
Orders & Coordination
At-home labs and imaging (ultrasound, X-ray, echocardiogram). CT/MRI orders, prescriptions, and referrals as needed. -
Visit Summary & Receipt
Detailed care summary and itemized receipt for your records or insurance submission. -
After-Care Access
24/7 phone access for follow-up questions and interpretation of any labs or imaging ordered using Spruce application on phone, computer, or tablet.
Our Southern California Coverage
Most of our visits — about 80% — take place within the main area outlined on the map. For special cases, we’re happy to travel farther. Our team of five doctors, two PA-Cs, and one FNP proudly brings in-home care to patients from Beverly Hills all the way up to Montecito and out to Malibu.
